These may be located in the main text or appendices of your document and must be landscaped. If you have previously published an article that you would like to include in your document, you will need to obtain permission from the publisher to use it in your ETD.

Are scanned signatures accepted on the Written Approval form? If these items have been fixed, then the document gets placed into the review queue, awaiting a first review.
