My schedule seems to get busier every day. Sheldon is a former professional TV writer, so the book is written in a more entertaining style than many other empirical non-fictional accounts. I liked the way it was laid out, with the author describing the evolution of his own class design process, interspersed with examples of other classes using multiplayer concepts. I am pleased to announce three new books over the next months.

The book shows the reader how to create a teaching tool that will engage and excite students by using styles and formats found in popular video games. I like what he has to say.

There is no cookie cutter method to turning your classroom into a game mode atmosphere. While his course clearly had other gamified elements, I wish he spent more courseowrk discussing that.
